Very strange, you used a chemistry and science based opinion in order to conclude that the Docetaxel arm would historically outperform ALL other control arms ? I am amazed that you figured that out based on science.....



I don't know about that.

However, if the norm was outperformed, then wouldn't had Bavi outperformed the historical outperformed arm?? It did less than nothing, in regards to benefit.

That sounds ridiculous. But, in actuality the same conclusion can be met. No benefit. A $300 million trial said so.

With no known optimal PK/PD data either, IMO. What should one expect?

The entire scenario was mismanaged. Bavi never had a chance and neither did the shareholders, IMO.
