1) NNVC says they're going broke by Nov 2018.

2) NNVC says they don't have enough money to take any candidate into IND testing before they go broke.

3) Seymour is spending the rest of NNVC's money on an indication for which NNVC has no rights, and for a market that has been obliterated by GSK's new shingles vaccine. Only Diwan benefits from this.
