Finally and I saved the best for last. Management has formally approved a major reduction of the Authorized Shares. It's a done deal. We will be making a public announcement shortly.

As you know, the team is in Shanghai working on another major deal for VSRI to follow up our Eli Lilly deal. Will have more on that this week.

And when the Whitepaper is released, I am expecting the MJCoin pre-sale to really take off.

MJCoin pre-sale is going great. The purchase contracts keep coming. Even throughout the weekend. Big pre-sale weekend for MJCoin.

I can assure you that we are in the final review stage of the Whitepaper and you will have it in the coming days.

Myself and the entire MJCoin team spent the entire weekend on the Whitepaper once again. Graphics are amazing and of course the content as well.

Regarding the MJCoin Whitepaper. It is now with the graphic designer for the finishing touches.

The NSAV-Seven Leaf Technologies deal will be closed next week and I will announce the percentage of Seven Leaf that the NSAV shareholders will be receiving. As you know, Seven Leaf is our cannabis IT division.

We are working on the documents for your CHIF shares, which will replace the Hemp Beer shares. A bit complicated, but I will get it done and it will benefit all NSAV shareholders.
