That "wrap" broker is at WFC. That account started at a different brokerage
decades ago, then moved to another one during the Great Recession and now is at WFC.
BTW, I said the wrap proposal was 30 pages. I just counted it more precisely and it's about 45 pages. But it boils down to just two points, both of which are buried in that verbosity:
1) Fee 1.25% annually
2) He gets full discretion.
This is a fairly sizable account (probably much larger than average for WF), one of several accounts I have. The Joke is I haven't even met this broker and I've only spoken with him once or twice. He's in a different city hundreds of miles from me.
