I actually read the 30 pages of boilerplate he sent. I doubt that 1% of wrap customers do that. I was especially outraged that he was demanding full discretion in buying, selling and moving assets around.

His real party starts if I die. No doubt he'd find all sorts of more suitable things to put my money in. And perhaps churn into new investments every few weeks.
