Why was DOW at 6000 in 08 and 26000 now . To answer more specifically price is being manipulated as is the perception of value .

Until it is resolved we will stay low . The San Francisco show may be the jumping off point for the TSXV exchange and away from the manipulators .

If not expect more of same .
