UOIP .0025 another victory- appeal by cable companies against their patent lawsuit dismissed late friday:

one more appeal by cisco left to be settled in the coming weeks
and then either settlement (likely) or it goes to court late in the year

a settlement will value shares at minimum of .05 and up to dollars. sp went to .015 on first victory against cisco (dropped when they appealed)
