" The Company does not currently have a license from TheraCour for the VZV area. The Company intends to enter into discussions with TheraCour after obtaining independent asset valuations to serve as the basis for such additional licenses. However, there can be no assurance that the Company will be able to enter into an agreement with TheraCour for such license or that the agreement will be on terms that are favorable to the Company. Nevertheless, to date, TheraCour has granted all license requests made by the Company. "
