Basically every Pinksheet stock out there considers a Reverse Split at some point in time. As stated, they approved a 1 for 70 back in September...and that was when the stock was dormant and trading with no volume.

Since its now moved up a few hundred percent from where it was the need for a RS has pretty much gone by the way side. I was just looking for clarification on the September vote and they gave it to us. I highly doubt there is an RS on the table for anytime within the next six month. And if its done it will be done to facilitate a move to a higher exchange.
