Yes I think you will hear something relatively quickly about Beacon Falls. We should hear about the rfps by the end of the second quarter but unfortunately not in the conference call in March. 2nd quarter ends April 30th. Conference call for that one is the beginning of June. We will definitely hear reference to Beacon Falls by June conference call. But first and foremost I want to see the things we have lined up get done and again the stock is going to respond two two good quarters in a row one good Quarter is meaningless to many investors. Three good quarters would be a homerun especially if combined with really good news. And that should be part of what happens before the end of the third quarter. So the news is likely to have a bigger impact whenever we get news after two good quarters in a row. That's part of where I come up with my$10 by the end of this year. And we don't necessarily have to have two good quarters in a row I'm just sick of seeing it pulled back and waiting so long. So if we don't have a flop quarter for the first quarter and we have a really good quarter for the third quarter that will work also. Either way after waiting for a decade it's going to be a very short time
