As for the rule 144 shares yeah they could sell after 6 months so if what you say is true those shares would already be in the tradeable float and we know that isn’t the case. If you’re referring to shares issued to insiders well that’s a whole other story as they need those shares to maintain control and are also limited to the 1% per quarter leak out rule. Needless to say I’m not worried about 4M shares a quarter. If there were an issue with the link you posted from 4 years ago it would have been settled by now but good effort trying to make it a big deal again. The newest Q will be filed, dilution will comes to an end if it hasn’t already, and SENY will run back over .01 allowing it to remain on the QB, you’ve been warned!
