This news is significant for two reasons:
1. The camp is accessible and has proven lithium on the property.
2. The MOU with MDS includes the use of MDS proprietary and patented membrane technology to use in the production of lithium from the mine materials. It looks like favorable terms for Zadar.

This news, combined with the extinguishment of some debt earlier this week b issuance of shares, all indicate the company is moving from a exploration stage operation towards an actual operating and producing company.

Now is the time to jump in, IMO
