The thought has occurred to me a few times before, during, and after the ASM. Does UTSW as owner of most of the patent portfolio that PPHM has exclusively licensed have legitimate grounds to rescind/cancel that exclusive license that now is in the hands of CDMO? Could SK do the same with the patents he was awarded? Grounds could be inadequate pursuit of that IP platform to create value for UTSW and PPHM, not to mention SHs of CDMO, PPHM. Just a thought...could those patents see a different exclusive licensee? Negotiation leverage perhaps.

I have not verbalized the above thoughts to anyone...not even as a hypothetical which the above thoughts are.
