What is a good order to protect profits? I am researching orders, but there seems to be negative about all if not careful? Etrade offers several.
Do you use them or do you use alerts?
Stop Limit on Quote seems like a decent one? unless it gaps down to fast and misses the ask price? then it wont fill?
