Sooooo this conjecture is based around the idea that zjmy is an emerging growth company....do you know how many companies on the OTC are "emerging growth companies"??? LMAO

if you look at the 2015 filings of jbzy when it was still dolv and under old management the "emerging growth company" clause was still present in their filling. It is present in a lot of OTC company filings. So to think that all the bullshit about keeping their registration confidential is valid just because they are an EGC is ludicrous!
