Ok can someone help with this? Sessions is being sued in NY second circuit court on Feb 14 20018 over the constitutionality of marijuana being a schedule one drug and he will lose. What happens when the federal judge finds it unconstitutional to enforce this position? Is like when Trump tried to enforce his travel ban or do we have to wait for a supreme court ruling or are there other options available? Then what is the classification of marijuana at that time? Because this will be a ruling from a federal judge dose become a change at the federal or just at a state level or dose it only affect the three plaintiffs?
