$ VICT. Sorry my last post i said PD*P O/S was around 454 Million and i thought i might be wrong so i went to check to make sure and here it is as the last part of last week by the TA.
Authorized 648,999,996 Outstanding 543,708,750 VICT is showing like 90 Million O/S on OTC Markets but its higher than that but even at 200 Million its less than half of PD*P and why it moves up alot faster when it moves up and any little thing should make it explode to the Up side right now with the shares locked in with some Stronger Traders now. The Smart Traders are loading VICT right now IMO.
