I think they've been saying to unistall and reinstall the app.
It may be updated a lot, so the easiest to try is to wipe it and fresh install.

I really like my kitten avatar, but I just realized that since most people think I come off as a snarky smartass that for better or worse it seems to fit perfectly.

I think I'll keep it.
