EightRealtor, first pour by Christmas 2018. Bank on it. As to all the talk of insider knowledge, I have come to the conclusion that if the message is a garbled riddle, it is not so much knowledge, but an attempt to say something ambiguous that the bulls then take as bullish and the rest of us take as gibberish. Thus the first pour by Christmas 2016. And 2017. If anyone really had knowledge would they be off by years on a simple first pour? Would they still be listened to? This is simply a fun distraction. Go with it.
