So be it if it goes to trial

SEC sure did its homework getting ready for that and sure isn't worried a second about the conclusion : guilty !

But since Klein was so bad defending the undefendable, SEC seazed the oppurtunity to ask summary judgement !

Absolutely nobody is worried of appearing in court.

So let's get this saga over with, SEC
