Just file a Form 15 and dispense with all SEC reports.

Sounds like the only solution for this Microcrap scam. Then MXSG could dispense with other annoying things like an annual audit, along with Form 4s, and 8Ks. Wouldn't want to overwork the CEO with all that paperwork, since he's the only employee of the company. After all, he's too busy overseeing raising money for his salary by issuing debt notes. The only means this scam has to generate any income.
