Then why doesn't the SEC just take it to trial since it is a shoe in win for them instead of going for Summary Judgement a year ago?
Why is it so important the SEC sanction Henry instead of concentrating on the case?
Explain that as if shareholders were 4 year olds please

I expose Illegal Naked Short Selling scams to gain knowledge about how the illegal activity effects innocent investors in effected penny stocks caused by the NSS Players. I have not received any compensation for my services. Only a few thank yous
