Wow, an opinion piece from a conspiracy website written about companies with potential continous Fails to Deliver. What does that have to do with GNCP, which has ZERO Fails to Deliver? Absolutely nothing!

Not to mention it has some serious incorrect statements, as the SEC has never declared Naked Short Selling "ILLEGAL", nor will it ever be, as it is part of the liquidity. The OTC would not exist without it.
