As for thousands of dollars, their $25k investment is currently worth $50 million. Granted, if they start to dump, that will fall a lot, but thousands? Nah.

Lastly, they're not a multi-billion dollar company. If they were, this would have certainly been an IPO. Any money lent them is secured by all their construction assets, which, should they fail to perform, will most certainly be sold to a competitor, of which there are some big players.

Let's remember that LNG distribution is not the next Facebook or Google. winkwink

And to clarify some misconceptions.
A reverse split does absolutely nothing to ownership percentages. They don't change one iota. The 71% Delfin owns remains 71%, whether it's 1:2, 1:10 or 1:1,000.
Most companies do a reverse split so they can issue more shares. In that case, the A/S remains unchanged. If they simply want a higher PPS, then they would R/S the A/S as well as that would literally change nothing other than the PPS.
