If you're so upset over this, then please, file a complaint with the SEC.

Filing a complaint with the SEC, that a Microcrap scam like MXSG didn't file an 8K for a material event is a waste of time. If MXSG were on the NYSE, it would be the exchange threatening to toss the stock as punishment to ... the OTC. The SEC stays out of the way.
