If Longside is informed of the new claims to be getting $21 millions, whether in investment or loan form (whichever Foley decides to claim), then that's great cause to force Foley himself (the big guy, not the fall guy) to appear in court to explain why Longside is never going to see a dime of it, and maybe answer questions like: if NTEK has all this money, where is it? Some large amount of it belongs to Longside already.

And when Foley doesn't appear, that's another arrest warrant. And I've got to imagine that the break that Jeffy gets, of no cops showing up at his door for an out-of-state warrant, might not apply to a recent federal parolee.

I wonder if running a penny stock scam for millions of dollars might be considered a parole violation?
