Pretty much. He hasn't done anything to address our concerns and most of the longs know it. And new comers won't dare touch this with a RS looming. Kurt you listened to your shareholders when we said get into the MJ business, now listen to us again and cancel this RS. Reduce the A/S. Show us you don't plan to keep diluting this stock to death and maybe buying volume will start pouring in again.
