ELTZ was once .022 without the Pirate Oil Fields acquisition. Maybe more AS was added to pay down the debt and for acquisition purposes but it's essentially the same company with an added $6M+ in revenues and Tecco wants to go to a higher exchange which tells me he wants the pps higher. I asked if that meant a r/s he said not at this point. So he must believe the price will get up there organically based on revenues.
