And you are right bad history does not push a stock up but promotions do & OPXS last promotional campaigns were around end of the summer & they have been undergoing a different kind now with financial news sources pumping them like the one i posted right before the ER that had you posting about calling the rally which was nothing more than ER players jumping in & right back out lol.
