They got approvals, pipeline and need funding for FLNGVs. It is low cost high profit proposition for new investors as cost to build vessels is cheaper and faster and they will jump in IMO. The time to build 4 FLNGVs is 2 years whereas if they have to setup onshore plant it will take twice of that. The FLNGVs can be moved to other locations due to demand/supply changes so it is low risk proposition without compromising profits IMO.
