Scott....well said....and the last line "anything under $2 is a steal isn't it" is interesting. It is a steal in more ways than one.....lots of shareholders had or have stock they purchased above that level.....on broken promises you pointed out....and those shareholders feel as if they have had wealth stolen from them.
Another glaring point you make, why is it management won't bring in experts in the sector to help move this into commercial reality. Could it be someone with the proper knowledge would easily see the warts, exposing the truth and thus ending the gravy train? Could this be the reason the Chinese deal fell apart? Could this be the reason Japan and Sosei don't move forward? Without standar CC's (like most reputable companies have) only management knows the reality.
