This has been happening in the U.S. and Canada.
Why do you think they suddenly made the switch to Stupid Meters,
rather than having the "Meter Guy/Gal" come by and check the meters.
Everything was fine back then and now we have this.
Notice how the fires are happening on the outside, yet travelling
throughout the entire house.
Firemen got to these homes in time since this was a long time ago,
but the fact remains.

Smart Meter fires across the United States and Canada have been in
the media for several years.
Electricity companies often remove the smart meters before the fire
inspector can review the evidence, which in many fire inspectors
minds is against the law.
