I don't think that a vote for marijuana laws will be a priority for some time with all that's going on. I think that sessions saying that the feds will enforce laws is just the GOP spreading fear as they do best. He said the same things just after Nevada voted to have recreational use. Nothing ever came of it other than damage to the investor confidence and lower stock prices. The industry marched forward anyway! I hope that the investors realize that the opportunities in this market will still be here and can see past any of the current administrations fear uncertainty and doubt that they like to spread. The marijuana industry is not going away. They have the choice to make tax revenue or criminals. The choice is theirs. SGMD will be the one company among others in this sector that will be immune to any federal laws. Nothing illegal about hydroponics!
