For me it's an investment, so I will cash in if it's bought out. Buyout price is unknowable but likely higher than here. The value of IPIX equity (which is approximated by the share price as the market views it, and is volatile) changes with trial results, so it's a moving target and hugely hypothetical. If the price was $15 today I'd sell some of my shares. If P and K results are robust (we'll know all that soon) I'd sell all at $45. I think we'd get bought out for less.

We would not get bought out for the market value of the pipeline. We do not own 100% of that value (there are royalties in place for B and K) and also the acquirer would want to attain some value for their shareholders. Of course, though, over-paying is not unheard of...
