So When will the Hive Move From XIV to VXX?

...No times soon as long as JNK and TBX out perform SJB. The key is BOTH need to go negative against SJB. Currently JNK is is a downtrend, but TBX is stronger than ever. Last good movement SJB had vs. both was in late 2015 early 2016.
