The only "hedge funds" ever involved with Treaty was Bruce Gwyns Level III scam and the Jason Castenir, Rodney Scott Phelps and the Maverick Asset Management LLC (MAM) scam. Both of those cases have been posted and neither involved shorting anything, they were both Ponzi scams selling TECO stock.
Treaty was and still is also a scam run by scammers. There are no shorts of any kind, there has never been any evidence of any type of shorting in TECO. TECO is a scam and a very obvious scam at that.
