The sell off of hjoe assets to korea and the phasing out of the hjoe name in the US is now making more sense if the hjoe principals know they will be forced BK and receivership to KCM finally. Dodge and run. Just start a different company using the blockchain hype. Protect your assets offshore. Tons of scams do this every day on the pinks.

These guys jumped from one hyped trend to another. And never got it right.
