No, they don’t need to file for that. They need to file if they do a RS, they need to file if they want to change the AS, but they DON’T need to fike if they want to issue more shares within the AS. GERS and BTZO have been issueing all the shares for years. Even when filing, but NEVER have they filed to say they did issue more shares within the AS. The only way we learned about it was when they filed their results or another filing. That was just something circumstantial.
