Update:

So I received cash in lieu of fractional shares in one account.. for. 57 cents USD... Yet in my other trading account, I received 400 shares of TRKGD.

In both I purchased 100 shares of TRKG on the same day.. So weird that I received 100 shares worth $400 in one, and cash in lieu for 57c in the other. Very strange...
