That is about the lowest ratio of issued shares to authorized shares that I have ever seen.

That makes me wonder whether the reported outstanding share count is correct and whether there are convertibles lurking out there.

Admittedly, I have not tried to dig in behind these numbers, just indicating that the issued/authorized ratio is strikingly low.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
