If you don't think current management is getting the job done, then why the opposition to bringing in knowledgeable people who can?
Perhaps the hiring of a coal industry expert signals revenue soon?

Not only is Mr. SK Grover an acknowledged coal expert, he is also an adviser to Tata Power, one of the Indian companies that management met with recently.
