The CBOE has bitcoin contracts now. Could a pot backed crypto be the first way to legally trade pot futures in the US?

I mean thats super speculative... But why not? Law says you can't have marijuana. But its a crypto... Backed by marijuana... So whats the rules on that? Shouldn't be anything against that on its face.
