THANK YOU FOR THE CLOSE ATTENTION YOU PAY TO MY POSTS

You think you have spotted an inconsistency. In fact, you haven't.

My effort was to pass the information on to management via an advisor to a large shareholder. The advisor refused to do so. Clearly, the advisor has limited vision.

The idea is viable and good.

Kodak's (the old company symbol EK) seasoned, Ivy League-educated management concluded that taking the company into digital photography would be a strategic error despite the fact that a Kodak engineer invented the digital camera. Managment lacked vision and as a result, bankrupted the company.

The history of science is replete with examples of new ideas, initially rejected by the "knowledgeable", that turned out to be rather good. It takes insight, intelligence and flexibility of mind to recognize the brilliance of a new idea that winds up changing everything simply because it does not fit the current paradigm.

I will take my cues from the market.
