I think you may have a shot with the newbies. Newbies are NOT what I call GERSlanders. Most of the GERSlanders have been around for awhile and have read most and truly understand the material that is available; such as Sunoco being a paying customer of GERS for many years, that C&C is GERS' chief counsel, etc. Newbies have not and it appears that most base their decisions on each other's blather.

I believe the newbies will become inpatient; holding to the February 14th date as some sort of life preserver. I do not think that there is much of chance that resolution will occur on or before that date.

Why? Look at the length of times requested for all the previous delays -- this is one of the longest. When was there a short one? The delay requested to finalize the C&C portion of the settlement, and it materialized. I suspect that the longer the requested delay the further they are from resolution.

This is why I said a while ago that not much interesting was going to happen with the PPS until spring and spring comes to Whitehorse around the middle of May -- at the earliest.
