that's what tends to happen in most cases with the pinks that receive some huge ICO or miners or whatever . either proclaimed dates show good results or they don't and maybe some other small things are announced to distract from the big winner idea (ICO) but all it will do is delay the inevitable imho , but your right , moves will be made depending on whether the ICO deal comes through or not
