Correct, the opportunity to kill this company appears to have significantly diminished, given the recent contract signed and the arrivals of Mr. Aspin, Brain and Curtis.

Apparently someone has discovered that Agilyx is an inferior technology and a shift in attention may soon be going to plastic2oil.

Any substantial buying pressure should boost the share price considerably.
