USCR- Got back in @ $78.55

Why, after just getting out ? After I sold ESIO, I wanted to park the money somewhere safe. USCR may not go up from $78s much, but I also think it won't go down much. Also I went back to the income statement, and made sure of the tax rate, and feel this one will benefit big from the tax plan. So even without the infrastructure help, I feel it's got potential to $100.
