He earns TOO MUCH TO QUALIFY FOR PUBLIC HOUSING - and CANNOT AFFORD TO RENT IN THE EXPENSIVE CITY OF SANTA BARBARA! He drives a city bus.

They park and sleep in a parking lot with a dozen others who live in their vehicles! There are 114 parking spaces spread out around the county for people who live in their vehicles. It's called the "Safe Parking Program". All spaces are taken and there is a waiting list of around 40 people!

SO don't give me "that Gypsy" life BS!
