If this was a pure pump and dump orchestrated by the company directly with no plan for another run up we would have already had the billions of shares already being dumped in with its first run up to .01 last month and then on its second run up to .067...this is the private equity fund referenced in one of their previous press releases selling off their shares through these dirty market makers which we have a ton of trading this stock right now showing endless 10k shares on level 2 preventing this from running back up and they are most likely accumulating at these levels before news being dropped next week since Monday is the 10th day since the OTC application was filed...checked with TA yesterday and its slightly over 650 million shares O/S now.
