R59- ESIO
Re, the stock is definitely acting nothing like it did when the company said it was going to make $.54/qtr for Q3 & Q4. On that news, the stock went to almost $28 from $17 with no pullback. Now they upped revenue guidance this week, and are basically now guiding for $.75/qtr for Q3, Q4, & even Q1, yet the stock can't rally much past $26. So in other words, they are guiding for 40%+ more in EPS, and saying Q1(which is usually a losing qtr)will be the same, the stock seems to be worth less. This reminds me of what MU just did after the stellar Dec qtr and Mar qtr guidance.
Re, do you think this is the end of the cycle for ESIO ? Is seems investors are acting like it is.
